I have a degree in Music Ed from EMU. Major was voice and minor, piano.
I can play recorder, some guitar and used to play organ for church.
Love to compose, too, and got the biggest thrill from the receipt of a royalty check for a women's trio I wrote!

I am late getting back to you as I have been mostly offline. I have pleurisy and the Doctor said I should get some rest. It a backlash from the RA. I gather from what he said it is inflammation in the chest cavity. I'm inflammed everywhere else so this comes as no surprise.
I've been thinking about you and your pain, I know your hands hurt often. When my hands hurt I can't function, I told my son I am amazed that so much pain can reside in such a small area. He installed flip taps on all the faucets in the house so I don't have to battle with knobs when my fingers don't bend. He said next he will install french door handles so I can have an easier time opening doors.
I am using a product on my hands that has given me more relief than anything I have ever tried and I think I've tried everything. It's called "Australian Dream". It is odorless and gives relief for a long time. I buy it at my neighborhood pharmacy and as I'm not sure if you can find this in your area, I am enclosing the phone number.

It is made here in Ky, I have spoke to the owner of the company before and he is very nice and will answer all your questions.
